1. No Refund Policy

All our products, including eBook bundles, are non-tangible digital goods. Once the payment is made and the download link is delivered, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned like physical items — once downloaded, they remain accessible to the customer permanently.

2. Replacement and Access Support

We understand that technical issues may sometimes occur.
You are eligible for replacement or renewed access in the following cases:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.
  • You are unable to access the download link due to a technical error.
  • The product link expires before successful download.

In such cases:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of purchase via email at support@digitalgyansagar.com.
  2. Provide your order ID, payment receipt, and issue details.
  3. Once verified, we will resend the download link or a working copy of the product free of charge.

3. Incorrect Purchase or Duplicate Payment

  • If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please inform us within 24 hours.
  • After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the product is not delivered:

  • Contact our support team immediately with proof of payment.
  • Once confirmed, we will reissue the product or refund the amount within 3–5 working days.

5. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

If our system detects unauthorized sharing, re-uploading, or resale of our eBooks, your access may be terminated without refund, and legal action may be taken as per copyright law.

  • Ensure compatibility with your device or reading software.
